Dave leads the strategy, business opportunities and deal structuring for Latitude.

Prior to starting Latitude, Dave founded and led Hadlock Law Offices where he built the entity into one of the Northeast's largest residential real estate practices. Over the past 20+ years, Dave's practice advised customers and lenders on over 75,000 real estate transactions. More recently, Dave has led another start-up business and is an active real estate developer, investor and private lender.
